'Every Man A Leader'
A safe place for leaders to overcome

1) The MLF group is leadership focused and action oriented. It is for Christian men ages 13-113 in all stages of life, in all areas of life to be better leaders.

2) We desire to meet a couple times each month for 60-90 minutes. Sometimes more, sometimes less. Check the website for current time, date, and location.

​

3) Our gathering is a mix of prayer, sharing, and encouraging each other with scripture.

​

4) Your time is precious. We are busy men. We emphasize discussions on leadership. We focus on sharing our journey inside the man. We spend much time in prayer. We stay away from superfluous topics and do not offer any refreshments.

5) Each man brings a brief scripture or biographical sketch of a biblical character or historical Christian leader. The focus is on Godly men leading.

​

6) Confidentiality is a must. We are leaders who battle many things in pursuing fruitfulness to Jesus.​This is a safe place. Leaders need a safe place to share with other leaders the challenges of fulfilling God’s calling on our lives.

​

7) We leave our worldly titles, degrees, denominations, achievements, social status and stigmas at the door. As members of the body of Christ, our only objective is to follow where Jesus is leading. His is the work and the glory.

8) We all hold the 66 books of the Bible as the authority.  We summarize our beliefs in the 5 Solas and the Nicene Creed.

All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work. 2 Timothy 3:16
