We are a Christ-centered confidential prayer and encouragement group for like-minded men of action and kingdom purpose. Men pursuing personal ministry fruitfulness to reflect the Father's glory.
Encouraging daily relationship directly with the living God.

More About the MLF
We are born-again followers of Jesus of the Bible. We focus on Leadership. We strive to initiate and are proactive. We speak out for truth in love. We serve and help. We practice love. We make decisions and learn wisdom and courage. We step out and stand when others may draw back in fear. We are humble. We overcome.
We are a confidential support and encouragement group for humble men who are pursuing leadership in personal or formal ministry.
We pray with honesty, share our real journey and spur each other on to love and good works. We meet for about 60-90 minutes a couple times per month for sharing life, scripture encouragement, and prayer.
Our role models are the men and women of scripture as well as those of history who stood on God's word, sometimes at great cost bringing glory to the Father through the power of the Holy Spirit.
‘Lord, I give up my own selfish plans and past failures, reaching forward toward the prize, and accept thy will for my life. I give myself, my life, my all utterly to Thee to be Thine forever. Fill me, seal me with Thy Holy Spirit. Use me as Thou wilt, send me where Thou wilt, work out Thy whole will in my life at any cost, both now and forever, to the Glory of Thy Holy name. Amen.’
Leadership: Every man is a leader. As one cannot avoid breathing neither can one avoid the stewardship of his own soul. Before you can lead anyone, you must lead your own heart with God's word. Leadership is actively following Jesus. Leadership is being salt and light. Leadership is pushing forward into new territory of our personal walk with Jesus. This may look different for different men. Matthew 5:14“You are the light of the world. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. John 17:18 As You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world. We Stand on Scripture: We are humble Christian brothers who stand on the authority of scripture alone. This high view of scripture is the foundation of our thinking in all areas of life to form a truly biblical world view. We long to daily study God's word and apply the principles of scripture to all areas of our lives. Vision and Passion: We bring to the group our vision and passion. We have lived in fear & courage, shame & victory, joy & sorrow. We long to love and serve the living God. We are men who long to be 100% sold-out, as available, completely disposable vessels in the Father's hands for his glory. God has put in our hearts a longing for his eternal kingdom of righteousness. In short, our heart's desire is to live 100% for his renown reflecting his glory. Our Weakness: We are not the men we want to be. We know our weakness and inability; fears and brokenness lacking in and of our own selves. At times, we struggle with discouragement, burnout, and failure, perhaps feelings of frustration, complacency, and apathy. We wane in our desire and tire in our journey. Our Strength: All of us yearn for support and encouragement from other like-minded men who come along side of us; men of valor and tenacity, grace and gentleness; mentors of courage, wisdom, sacrifice, passion, vision, and selfless dedication to the living God without compromise or complacency. Group Format: The group format is purposely structured for deep confidential sharing and fervent prayer in a short amount of time. Please keep in mind that this is not a “social group” per se or a formal “bible study”. We exist to provide support and encouragement for men of action and kingdom purpose who are pushing forward in fruitfulness. We directly target sharing and prayer with other like-minded men in short gatherings.
